WHEN TO ORDER

Orders are placed in advance and delivery or pick up is confirmed once we receive your order. Orders are checked between the hours of 11 am and 6 pm daily. Same day ordering for that day pick up or delivery is NOT available so please plan ahead. Large orders must order at least 48 hours in advance to allow us time to prepare with your fresh ingredients. If you are purchasing for a business, please indicate so in the delivery instructions area of your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellations must occur within 30 minutes of your ORDER PLACEMENT. After 30 minutes, we cannot refund orders, if you change your mind or have an emergency, we are happy to issue a credit for a future delivery or pick up.

ALLERGIES

Allergies are taken seriously at Taste of Life and we make every effort to remove all risks assiciated with food related allergies. That being said, we unfortunately cannot guarantee no cross contamination will not occur within our mobile kitchen. We do all we can, but we cannot be 100% sure so please know, if you have any food related allergies, you are dining at your own discretion and risk with our Dinner to Your Door Services.

DELIVERY

Delivery Windows are time slots within which we expect to be delivering you the best quality food possible. You will be notified when your food departs and what time we will arrive based on GPS estimatations. Please note if there are any encountered delays while driving, we will text you and advise you in route of an updated arrival time. If you are picking up your food at one of our hosting locations - we will let you know what time your pick up will be ready.

COVID PRECATIONS

Due to COVID safety precautions, we will bring your order to your vehicle when you arrive if you are picking up. Please do not exit your vehicle. We also have a No Contact Delivery Service and currently that is our ONLY method of delivery. We will not be handing your order to you. We will be leaving your order at your instructed door location when we arrive.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Weather and No Contact Delivery. In the Event it is raining, sleeting or snowing, precautions to protect your delivery will be made. Please be on the lookout for your delivery though as even the best ToGo containers are no match for the cold temperatures.

FOOD TEMPERATURE MANAGEMENT

We do not offer raw foods. All foods have been cooked and if not to the temperature of your liking, may be re-heated in your home. Your food should however arrive at a ready to dine temperature but depending on your dining pace - you may need reheating. If your food is sitting on your porch or in your car for an extended period - heat loss will be inevidible.

ENJOY YOUR FOOD FOR DAYS

Leftovers. Your meal from Taste of Life should be refrigerated if not consumed on arrival. No entrees prepared by Taste of Life should be kept as leftovers for more than 3 days after your received them. This is to ensure the better quality food and reduce chance of spoilage and lowered taste appeal.
